麦饭石锅是涂层还是纯麦饭石（麦饭石锅是不是涂层）

麦饭石锅比较准确的说法应该是麦饭石色锅或者仿麦饭石锅，它不是石头做的锅。至于宣传的调节机体的新陈代谢，有健胃、利尿、保肝和防衰老的作用，麦饭石锅是不具备的，它就是特氟龙涂层的不粘锅。

麦饭石锅表面就是涂层，并且这一涂层与麦饭石没有任何关系，非要说有关系，那就是涂层的外观类似于麦饭石。麦饭石涂层就是聚四氟乙烯，也就是特氟龙，也就是说它与传统的不粘锅涂层是一样的，区别只是外观的不同。

有的麦饭石不能用于电磁炉，又有着麦饭石般的外观，于是有的人误以为整口锅就是用麦饭石制作的，实际上就是铝合金锅外面做了涂层。还有的锅具厂家为了迎合人们认为重锅就是好锅的观点，特意在锅中加入了重金属增重，这就非常有害了。

聚四氟乙烯涂层没有毒，即使在使用中脱落下来被吃进肚子也不能被吸收，也就谈不上有毒性了。聚四氟乙烯涂层的毒性在于高温下分解为容易被人体吸收的有害物质。因此，使用不粘锅一定要避免长时间的空烧。另一方面，过高的油温烹制食物本身就会产生很多的致癌物，一定要引起足够的重视。

综上所述，麦饭石锅与麦饭石没有关系，它的本质就是特氟龙涂层。正常使用不粘锅不会对健康造成威胁，而且正常的煎炸炒也无法让锅的温度超过260度，应该避免长时间干烧。
